Narrative Structure: How does the story move? What kind of narrative device is employed to move the plot? That is, are the characters on a journal through geographic space? Does the narrative move chronologically? Does the author use flashback?etc. How does this structure seem to reflect or comment on others elements (i.e. characters and themes) in the text?

My book For One More Day is a true story and is told how it happened but as Charles "Chick" Benetto is telling his story to the author Mitch Albom he uses a lot of flashbacks to his childhood life.

I am reading Friday Night Lights with is a true story. In this book they use forshadowing quite a bit. They usually use forshadowing before the night of the big football game or some big event. The author also uses flashback a lot. They use this to show how the town of Odessa was and how it is now. This book is very good and I can only hope it will get better.

I am reading the book Airman by Eoin Colfer. In this book, the author writes it in chronological order. Although, she does skip time in some parts.
